The work of the Alpine-Initiative is examined and approved by the renowned ZEWO foundation.
The ZEWO Foundation awards seals of quality to organizations that fulfill its test criteria. The seal guarantees that the organization is trustworthy and uses donations in a conscientious manner. The label also confirms the good governance of the organisation’s communication practices towards the public and within the organisation and it acknowledges the transparency and the accountability of the organization and appropriate independent control structures.
The seal of quality signifies:
- a targeted, efficient and effective use of donations
- transparent information and meaningful accounts
- appropriate independent control structures
- honest communication and fair fundraising
